Quilting Delights

This is a regular monthly long arm quilting class and our store manager called multiple times with additional times for [redacted] to take the class? ? She emailed me with a request for a check but no address? We were extremely busy and I'm terribly, terribly sorry that it slipped through the cracks [redacted] is not a customer here in the store so she is not in our system with address information Now that I have an address, I'm happy to send out a refund check of $ We have a wonderful store with many, many classes and strive to make every experience a good one? Sometimes we miss (we aren't perfect, just do our best) and we are always happy to do what we can to resolve any concerns a customer might have ?
