We received refund and notified the customer we had to refund in the office for him to pick upCustomer refused to pick up the check and wanted it to be mailedWe mailed to the address on file and it came back to usCustomer changed address without updating his address with us And they're obviously was not a forwarding address or else he would have received it by nowThat is his responsibility if he is going to move to update his address and forward all mail to his new addressWe now have the updated address and are sending out the check todayThis issue has been resolved
