They need to get rid of [redacted]. She is their billing/nurse and she has horrible professional skills. She talks to every patient like they are dumb and in a condescending voice. Most patients are already stressed out due to fertility issues and she makes it a thousand times worse when you have to talk to her. She was late to our egg retrieval! She is very unprofessional and I will be taking my frozen embryos elsewhere if she is still with Family Beginnings.
