The complaint was dealt with , this customers email attempts were going to our junk email's and was not seen by anyone in our office, untill the junk email bin needed to be emptied. Once we saw it we sent a dispatch to his address and fixed the issue. He had one shingle that fell off his porch roof...

that was outside and had nothing to do with the interior of the house on leaks of any kind.
