Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2014/05/19) */ This letter is in response to your letter of May 5, 2014, received by the undersigned concerning Ms [redacted] complaint against our Law OfficeMs [redacted] chief complaint appears to be telephone calls not being returnedIn reviewing the notes on this file, most recently four telephone calls were accepted by our office from Ms***, They were on April 28, 2014, May 2, 2014, May 6, 2014, and May 13, Overall, looking back over the last five months, there has been close to twelve communications, either by mail, by phone, or in person, with Ms***, During this period of time, there has been one contact with the undersignedThe rest have been by the undersigned through his staffWe advise all our clients, for the most part, communications will be handled through the attorney's staff Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 13, 2014/06/02) */ Unfortunately I was out of town and am just now able to respond to attorneys responseI find it very interesting that not once am I referred to as the correct nameShortly after I filed this complaint I did notice a slight effort by the company to return my calls and follow up on my caseI completely understand that I am not the only case they have and that the staff will be handling a majority of inquiriesThat being said I did make several other attempts at speaking with staff about my case then what has been listed hereI stopped leaving voice mails with staff members as they were never returned and instead would wait on hold for as long as I could to speak with someoneI attempted several times to schedule an appointment to come in a speak with anyone rather it be the para legal, or the attorney himself and have been told by the secretary that that is not possibleAs a paying client I believe I should have the right to schedule an appointment to speak with someone face to face about my case if I so feel the needAs I still have an unsettled case and still have several questions regarding my case that have yet to be answered I personally will consider this as an unresolved complaint

Unfortunately I was out of town and am just now able to respond to attorneys response. I find it very interesting that not once am I referred to as the correct name. Shortly after I filed this complaint I did notice a slight effort by the company to return my calls and follow up on my case. I completely understand that I am not the only case they have and that the staff will be handling a majority of inquiries. That being said I did make several other attempts at speaking with staff about my case then what has been listed here. I stopped leaving voice mails with staff members as they were never returned and instead would wait on hold for as long as I could to speak with someone. I attempted several times to schedule an appointment to come in a speak with anyone rather it be the para legal, or the attorney himself and have been told by the secretary that that is not possible.
