Dear Revdex.com,What the *** have not mentioned to you in their continuing agenda of complaint:1: It took two trips from Oak Harbor, on two different days, to take care of the problem with the lock system on their door.2: They were only billed for one of the trips it took to repair the
doors lock system.3) The billing they received was our lowest hourly rate - which equates to a substantial discount.4) The locksmith who called and spoke with me described a standard locking handle, NOT a 3-point locking system.5) Upon completion, Mrs *** asked "Will the billing be more than $75.00?" My answer: "Yes." She issued no complaint at this time.6) Their letter, accompanied by a paid-in-full check, was a means to coerce me to submit them a refund, or deal with them complaining to WA State, The Revdex.com, KOMO News, local papers, pedestrians, etc.7) The *** brought this matter before the WA State Attorney GeneralAfter receiving my response, this complaint was dropped without any further action necessary on my part.Mike Q***PresidentQuinn Craft, Inc
