To whom it mayconcern; We have received the notice of complaint from the Revdex.com that wassubmittedAfter reading the letter, we have spoken with the technicians thatwent out to the homeAt the time of the first visit, the technician went outand went through an annual maintenance on the well systemHe found that thepump was running fine as well as running at the correct ampsHe replaced thepressure switch and checked the air in the pressure tankThe power to the pumphad to be shut off in order to get set up to perform the system checks toassess the system (it has to be shut off for safety reasons) as well as thewater line going from the well to the house so it may be isolated for thechecksThe letter said that when the power was switched back on that the waterbrought heavy sand and sludge into the homeThe pressure tank was found to nothave any sediment when it was checked, which indicates that there wasn’tsediment that would have gone into the homeIt was brought to the technician’sattention that the pressure in the house was low, so the technician went intothe home and cleaned all the aerators at the customer’s requestAfter theannual maintenance, it was recommended to have a plumber check the plumbing inthe home for build up or blockages that could be causing the low pressureissues We received a call from the customer a couple days later stating that there was aleak at the pressure switch, and that there was still low pressure in the home.We sent a technician out that day, but the customer wasn’t at the home so wehad to rescheduleWe sent him out again, he fixed the leak at the pressureswitch and double checked the system to find that everything was running welland to make sure that the prior system check was done to protocol (and wasfound to have been)He also showed the customer a piece of pipe that had manyyears of build up to give an example of what is suspected to be a possiblecause of lowered pressure within her homeThe hose bib near the well was checked and was running with excellentpressure, another indicator leading to the suspicions of years of buiinthe home plumbingThe pressure tank again was found with no sediment at thetime of the second service visitAfter another call, we refunded all of the cost of the service call because thecustomer was not happy with the outcome and still having low pressure (onlywithin the home, not at the outside hose bib)It was mentioned that thecustomer had a plumber assess the issues within the homeWe ask that wereceive a copy of the documentation from the plumber stating what the issuesare and what the cause isWe at Quinn’s do not feel that the pressure issuesfrom within the home were caused by the system checks that were performed at thewell due to there not being any sediment being found in the pressure tank, aswell as there being excellent pressure at the hose bib near the wellIt wasstated that there was low pressure before we went to the property the firsttime which leads to another indication of a long term issue that has been goingon for a long timeDocumentation may be sent to the office at WilliamsHwy, Grants Pass OR

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: This is a very pleasant response and a most politically correctly written replyIt exudes your irresponsibility to stand behind the quality of your company and of its reputationThank you for the response and your business should think twice about publicly advertising how one can trust your services- I certainly do not and will never again use your services to any extentTo be successful in a small business in a community, customer service is of the essence. You have failed in serving my requests.Sincerely,*** ***
