Refuses full refund under Mass Used Car Warranty Law Returned a car that was faulty under the used car warranty law after three attempts were made to repairit. I paid the additional $100 towards the deductible as well. Asked for a refund and the dealer agreed torefund my money minus the 15 cent per mile charge. When I informed the dealer that I was owed back the $100 deducible and registrations fees under the warranty law the dealer became upset and stated " I agreed to take back the car but Im not paying registration fees" and refused toreimburse me the additional $200.00. I was given a check for the purchase price minus mileage only.Desired SettlementI am seeking the $200.00 that I am entitled to under the Mass used car warranty law..Business Response Spoke to [redacted] and informed her we will be forwarding her a check for the balance, once we receive a receipt for registration fee's paid.
