Quinn's Oil Change & Auto Repair

Upon said completion of service(engine rebuild) and payment total of $1150; engine does not work properly. To date, Quinn's Auto Repair had my vehicle for two and a half months over this period of time [redacted] (owner) failed to communicate effectively about the progress of the work being performed as a matter of fact Mr.[redacted] informed me the vehicle would be ready Thursday Aug.6 and after no communication took place I had a family friend( [redacted]) to check on the vehicle. Mr.[redacted] observed on Monday Aug.10 a proposed engine for the vehicle on the shop floor Mr.[redacted] promised that the job would be completed the following day. [redacted] continued to give me the run around until Aug.19. On this day, Mr.[redacted] called me and spoke with Mr.[redacted] and rushed us to pick up the vehicle mentioning he had personal business that he had to attend to and that if we wanted the vehicle today that we should come pick it up immediately therefore upon picking up the vehicle due to the time restraints a test drive wasn't possible,when driving the vehicle home Mr. [redacted] noticed the transmission slipping which wasn't an issue prior to going to Quinn's Auto Repair as well as a possible misfire, no smooth idling which made car cut off at stop lights and stop signs also on this same ride home Mr.[redacted] called to inform us that he had neglected to put three out of five lugs on the passenger front tire which means he allowed the customer to drive the car home in a hazardous and unsafe state that in itself shows the type of professional service Mr.[redacted] offers. The level of service and integrity received from [redacted] were EXTREMELY POOR.Desired Settlementto be compensated in its entirety (100% refund)because of [redacted] poor level of service and integrity' I have opted for him not to do any other services on my vehicle
