We have used Quinn's Plumbing for approximately 10 years. The technicians are courteous and professional. They also do not do work that is not needed. The office staff is always helpful.
We have tried other plumbers/heating companies only to be disappointed and call Quinn's to repair the issues.
We wouldn't trust any other company. Quinn's is the best!
First you will wait for a quote , won't get one unless you keep calling . Installers are clean and professional . Price Includes a permit and inspection . Won't get that unless you keep calling because they don't return calls and don't apologize for not putting it in almost 4 months late .. and I don't think they would have if We did not nag just another 300 bucks in there bank .
Not a very professional company .

Hi S, I would like to apologize for the time it took to get your quote back to you and for not having the inspection booked immediately after the install. We have made some procedure changes to help with this that should help with customers in the future. I do appreciate your kind words about the installers and the professional install you received.
I'm sorry that you feel we were expensive, I wish you would have discussed that with me before you accepted the written quote we provided. I would have liked to discuss it with you and explain more the cost associated with the installation as well as the costs to provide the services we provide. Insurance, WCB, technical training, licences etc. all factor into the job cost but more importantly into providing our customer with a safe and efficient install.
I would be happy to discuss this further with you either in person or by phone . My first priority is that you are completely happy with your installation and will work with you to make sure that happens.
