I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I feel that folks need to be warned about this garageI had my Ford Explorer break down on I-on a Sunday morning, and AAA towed us to the nearest approved auto center, which was Thomas'On Monday morning when they opened, I explained the situation, told them I was from out of town and needed to leave as soon as possibleA couple hours later, I received a call telling me the whole transmission needed to be replaced for $3,I told them I was not able to pay this much money, so I began to make preparations to have the car delivered back to my home several states away I visited Thomas' before I left town in my rental car, to ask them if they would hold my car for a couple of days until the shipping company picked up the carAs I pulled up, I was surprised to see my car's hood was up and it had not moved from where it had been dropped off the day beforeImmediately, I realized that they had never properly looked at the vehicle, but were looking for some quick money from an out-of-towner in a difficult situation Long story short, I had the car towed to another garage, and the transmission was just fineA line had broken, spilling all of our transmission fluid outOnce the line was replaced and transmission fluid was refilled, the car ran like normalTotal repair: $ Please do not work with this company, especially the manager Cecil, who was extremely unprofessionalThey cannot be trusted
