QUINTEROS Landscape services has read the matter and all work was perform up to date the customer got a letter from the city to clean the alley and wanted us QUINTEROS landscape to do the work for the same price which that was not going to happen we were out there for working days each labor was for $a day with crew members that's a total $not even covering other expense the company had to put money of pocket for other company expensive so asking for a refund when the company lost profit its nonsense this customer thinks it can get a steak when they only have to buy cookies!

I am rejecting Quintero's Landscape Services response because:To Whom It May Concern,I would like to first state that Quintero's Landscape Services has no business license with the Town of *** *** (as far as Code Enforcement)Furthermore, their *** address does not existI recieved my envelope opened and a "Return To Sender" as it contained all my statements, our business invoices and all pictures containing their unfinished wor and their illegal dumping they threw over my fenceAlso, included in that envelope was my neighbors invoices for they failed to obliged to come every week to spray my neighbors weedsThey had came every weeks and expected a monthly payment of $ I also included copy of my debris load amount I threw out at the *** Landfill.I would like to state that *** Landfill has never seen this business at their site which concludes that they are illegally dumping somewhere from all of their jobs with clientsAll business must keep record of all transaction with the landfillSo when they get inspected their dumps and amount dumped are accounted for.I am most definte they can not provide a landfill recipt for the dates in questions and they can not provide the pounds in which was dumped at the landfillThey can not prove any of thisNor can they prove the exact amount of debris in which I had to dump as they illegally dumped over my backfenceWhich proves the debris dumped over my backfence was created by them as this company threw it over.In the pictures:April 18,(***)You can clearly see a Green Easter egg and the yard is unfinished as weeds are clearly visibleIn picture *** you can clearly see the their is a pile of debris on the other side of the back fence near the corner and behind a light Green Sage Brush.For the pictures dated June 10, in which I cleaned up Quintero's Landscape Services illegal dumping over my property fenceline The pictures clearly show an Green Easter egg and a roof shingleHow did these get over my fence when the pictures taken in April had those exact objects prior to the contracters final day of work?For the pictures of June 17, is my final day of cleaning up Quintero's Landscape Services illegal dumpingThe pictures show the amount of piles along my back fence line directly behind each light Green Sage Brush bush Furthmore I included a shot of my Grey truck and water meter coverA shot of the back of house including the old shed with missing shingles and Pomogranites trees and a clean yard in which Quintero's Landscape Service can not come up with a landfill recipt The reason for this, the debris they were paid to get rid of they illegally threw over my back fence.The amount on my invoice is $Wether they take 2, or or a month is not my problemIf they read my first complaint it states all the dates in which was workedIt ckearly show they had unfinished work in which was the reason for my demand for them to returnI have all texts messages between usThe job was to my satisfaction (or so I thought as I had no knowledge to look behind my back fence to discover their dumpings)All the piles that they dumped were directly behind every large Green Sage Brush bush they could not be seen with out physically lookingI have a one acre lot.They state $This number is none existance as my invoice clearly states $They should have all transactions. I have already stated my end this customer can do what she wants as far as what she's saying this is only one customer it's like a marriage we didn't satisfy here needs so we parting ways she can ask for what she wants there's no money back guarantee and I am reliable that theirs no proof we dump illegal it's here word and imagination so if there's no video showing I dump or prof that we the crew como on camera theirs a numerous other people who can dump and blame other companies so I take no responsibility on this matter and can ask to stop this matter that's their no refund and what ever was in the alley was not part of the agreement so we not taking blame for something that was already their
