I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below

1.       The insurance company would not have accepted this risk knowing the primary source of heat was the wood stove, and a backup heat source of propane space heaters. This company requires some form of central heating system. The Agency could have gone to another company which would accept these heat sources; however, not all companies  accept trampolines. In addition, we do not have any carriers who would write a risk knowing inadequate wood stove clearances to combustible materials exist.2.       The reason for the non-renewal was more than just the lack of central heat. Rather, the existence of a trampoline, wall mounted propane space heaters, and a wood stove which (according to an inspection dated  7-30-2014) clearly indicates proper clearances to combustible materials do not exist.3.       Please note the insurance company sends the non-renewal notice, the agency does not, nor do we have any control of this process.4.       The producer who originally wrote this Homeowner policy is no longer employed by this agency; thus, we are unable to clarify any potential application discrepancies.5.       Please note that had a loss occurred in the past 2 years, the insurance company would have paid for the loss. For this reason, the Agency will not return any earned premium for the 2 year period beginning 5-1-2013 and ending 5-1-2015. The Agency always strives for 100% customer satisfaction handling all issues or complaints in a proactive manner.

The above captioned complaint has been referred to this writer for an appropriate response. I am gathering information relative to these allegations, and will provide an appropriate response as soon as my investigation has been completed.
