I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10643540, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute
With our move in the company placed several boxes in our attic at our new home on *** *** **I believe it is completely reasonable that they should do so again, especially since they removed them from our attic only hours before.I am not physically capable of this workJust because I forgot to ask them to do so before they departed does not relieve them of the responsibility to finish the job at no further cost to me
Yes, we did move them the last time - for a fee - as the
attached receipt reflects.
As we said we would be more than glad to come back out and do it this time, but
there is a $75.00 fee since it was not requested at the time of the move.
We followed instructions when we were there. We did not sort
ANY of the boxes at his request.
He signed off as everything completed and in good order.
After the fact he discovered that he would have like to have some of the boxes
sorted.
We agreed to come back out to do them for a reasonable fee.
