have proof of all of the transactions and if needed we can provide them. We tried to resolve the issue but the customer refuses to even listen to managers and employees. Also refuses to show evidence of the multiple charges. Order 1 June 11th (13.30) Order 2 June 12th (9.53) Order 3 June 19th (11.48) We refund her $11.48 and offered another $1 to make her happy but she demanded another $12. Which made no sense at all. Then asked for all three to be refunded but they were all her or her granddaughter's orders ALL ON DIFFERENT DAYS.
