The company sold me a broken product. I offered to bring the broken product in, and was told that did not matter as it had been used. I noticed the product was broken as I was using it. The product does not function for its intended purpose as it does not hold water. A policy of no returns or exchanges does not apply to broken products where a refund is required. A refund is not a return nor an exchange, but a return of money when a broken and useless product is sold. The store policy does not include any language about refunds which is what is required in this instance.
