I have been documenting the process with my engagement ring we purchased so that I could tell everyone! So here it is....
Purchased the Elizabeth ll with the upgraded 1.25 Alterna center stone 9/18/19
Received 10/7/10. The quality of the ring is absolutely beautiful. My fiancé was/is very impressed. We were nervous purchasing online and with a company out of the USA. We did tons of research before settling, so glad we did!

I commissioned an engagement ring from Quorri and the results were spectacular and the price was right. 1- We purchased a loose Aterna stone 2ct. Round Brilliant/Flawless/Grade E back in April 2018 .
it is beautiful and have made the right choice with Sam's assistance. The ring is stunning with this stone and Fiancee absolutely loves it. It was our first purchase with Quorri and Sam was always available to answer all our questions immediately. We also requested an appraisal with a gemologist.
2- I provided Sam with my wedding band to replace the diamonds which over the years were in bad shape - diamonds damaged. I decided to replace all 7 with the Aterna Grade E. There was a bit of delay due to the high wedding season but overall I was excited when I saw the my wedding band. As well, I was told the ring itself required a bit of repair with the prongs. I wore it daily for a few weeks when I noticed one stone missing. Sam assured me their jeweler would provide an analysis of the ring and replace the missing stone at no cost. The results were that the prongs were too short for the size of stone. The best part of this is that I had my sons engagement the next week and Sam made sure his jeweler had it repaired and ready for me on Thursday before the event. I was very glad that customer service is 5+ star with Quorri and fortunate to have dealt with a caring person such as Sam.

I must say that I did some extensive research to find the perfect company to get the perfect ring. I had many many questions just like any person who wants the best of the best would. I came across Quorri. I wouldn't say accidentally because I am a big believer that all things happen with purpose. I must have drove Sam nuts BUT he never once complained LOL! Always there to answer all my concerns and handle my different alteration request. He was always there to answer my questions even though it took over a year for me to make up my mind (also, waited for the boyfriend to make the decision to want to propose LOL) I am SO glad I stuck with Quorri and did not settle. When my now Fiance (that sounds so cool) proposed to me with the ring and to be honest, the pictures DID not do any justice to the beauty that this ring is in real life!!!! The diamond is so clear and shiny that even Rey Charles could see it. It is a head turner for sure. The quality of the stone is outstanding (I chose Aterna worth every extra penny) and it just left me in tears. I am so happy I chose Quorri and I am over joyed with the quality of the ring and the workmanship put into it! You will not regret it. I was buying a ring for my Wife after 36 yrs. of marriage, so after looking around she actually found Quorri. After much debate, she decided that the Euphoria II, was the ring she wanted. I ordered it while she was away, and it arrived after she got back. It is truly spectacular, the sparkle and finish is exceptional. Unfortunately, the ring turned out to be about 1/4 size to big. We arranged to take it back, as we live in driving distance of the drop off point. Jason and I corresponded about the size we needed. I also asked if they could put a rush on it as we were going away. They did put a rush on it, and we went and picked it. The ring now fits, and looks amazing.
