I have reviewed the sales recording between Mr [redacted] and our sales representative, ***In the recording, [redacted] goes over how our leads are real-time based on when the consumer fills out for an insurance quote onlineI believe what [redacted] was attempting to communicate to Mr [redacted] is that here at Hometown Quotes most marketing dollars are spent on auto & homeWe generate our own leads, but we also use 3rd party sources that help us to provide volume to our customersFor our customers, we have a return policy that allows them to return leads for consumers who are not interested in a quote because we know that sometimes on the internet consumers may not understand what they may be clicking online [redacted] did mention to Mr [redacted] during the sales call that auto & home are our main-focus, but we do sell life leadsMr [redacted] received leads for $per lead = $He cancelled on 12/07/I refunded $back to Mr***’s credit card on 12/08/To settle this matter, we will refund the $back to Mr***’s credit cardThank you, [redacted]

We went back and checked our records We only see where we have this consumer's information from August We do not show we have contacted this agent before in yearsWe only sold this to one agent and purchased the consumer info from a 3rd party vendorWe have removed consumer's info from our database and blocked [redacted] (the person who filled out info I suspect) from our purchasing directives

consumers do not respond to their calls or emails, is not one of our listed acceptable credit reasonsAgents have days to return leads for credit, but agent wanted us to go back to prior months to credit leads based on a communication he had with one of our representativesAgent received leads from us for $per lead since 09/01/Agent returned for credit of those leadsWe accepted of those leads back to agent's accountWe only denied of leads that fell outside of our crediting guidelines

Spoke to the customer (1/11/2017)All keyword variations of ** *** have been negative matchedThe situation has been resolved and the solution agreeable by both parties

We spoke with Mr*** on 4/8/and came to an agreement to use $towards our product (leads)Once this balance has depleted, we have agreed to part ways doing businessMr*** was satisfied with this outcome.?

I am rejecting this response because:I have received at least six calls with that name (*** or *** ***) from different advertisers and even more (about 10) emailsI have stopped countingSo, if you really only sold it to one, your information is incorrect - or you have bought or sold to other distributor(s) as wellPlease advise of all other contacts where you bought or sold this email address and phone number information.I have however, not received any such calls in the last seven days - so some of what you say is likely accurate - or removal of that name of your system has greater impact than you will admit

Hometown Quotes most marketing dollars are spent on auto & home. We generate our own leads, but we also use 3rd party sources that help us to provide volume to our customers. For our customers, we have a return policy that allows them to return leads for consumers who are not interested in a quote because we know that sometimes on the internet consumers may not understand what they may be clicking online. [redacted] did mention to Mr. [redacted] during the sales call that auto & home are our main-focus, but we do sell life leads. Mr. [redacted] received 6 leads for $17.50 per lead = $105.00. He cancelled on 12/07/2016. I refunded $395.00 back to Mr. [redacted]’s credit card on 12/08/2016. To settle this matter, we will refund the $105.00 back to Mr. [redacted]’s credit card. Thank you, [redacted]

We spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 4/8/16 and came to an agreement to use $471.00 towards our product (leads). Once this balance has depleted, we have agreed to part ways doing business. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with this outcome.
