Completely unable to make any contact (with anyone even associated) on critical support either
No other US based support, distribution etcStuck buying from UK now, had to deal with RMA for failed camera also
QVIS uses proprietary codecs on their NVRs and Cameras, you can't use in most cases ANY other equipment for their systems
Low quality equipment (see above), also relevant literature for devices is inconsistantMost of the manual supplied does not relate to the NVR
Buy a cheap system from *** if you don't care about a good systemLess hassle, at least when it quits working in years you can throw it away and buy a whole new oneGuy who sold this system for customer got himself fired
