QVS Software Inc Reviews (2)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
First of all when we dropped off the ATV there was never a waiver form signed and if we did sign it can you ask the owner to produce a copy of it. Second of all when dropping the ATV off we gave owner Kevin B[redacted] 500.00 to begin the work to repair it. If you add up the amount he states he used for parts it comes to 928.00 way over the 500.00 we gave him. If you also figure in the 15.00 a day after the first 30 days going off the July 2014 date he said we dropped it off that means we would owe him well over 5000.00. So why would any business owner let merchandise leave his shop with an outstanding bill like this? He also states in the e-mail that the ATV was running but not finished. If it was running then why is it now that it is in pieces and not running? We asked him over a week ago to put it back together for us and we would come pick it up and he did not. I understand that he does not have to show an invoice for what he paid for the parts he claims to have put on the ATV but why could he not provide me with an invoice for what work he had done on the ATV including this 15.00 a day service fee after the first 30 days? We have pictures to prove that there are not any new parts put on this ATV. We also have our phone records and messages where we have text and even sent messages via Facebook to Kevin regarding  the status of the ATV and had gotten no response.  I am still requesting my 500.00 back since there was absolutely no work performed on this ATV. Your help in settling this matter would be greatly appreciated.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

The four wheeler in question was dropped off at the end of July 2014. The reason for being dropped off was a no fire issue. His brother had worked on it previous to me and cut several wires trying to get another CdI to work on it. It had a bad pick up coil 110 a bad cdi 459 be needed a wiring...

harness after he could not locate the plugs for me to put back on. I ordered. Used harness I was sent the incorrect one. I ordered a new one 359.00. The time frame was spread out because the customer told me he did not have the money to repair it at one time. The atv was running just not finished at that time. I did not hear from them for over 6 months. At that point we pushed into the corner. When dropping the atv off they sign a disclaimer that states the shop will not be responsible for any damage parts accessories atv sxs theft acts of God or lost parts. After 30 days there is also a service fee of 15 a day. I personally did not help them remove the atv from the property but my guys helped them load it and find the parts until they became hostile towards them. At that point they were on their own. The money they gave me was spent on parts for the atv. They asked for an invoice from my suppliers to show them what I had spent. I am not required by law to show my cost on parts nor is it common practice. They proceeded to state they would see me in court. At that point I will not comply with any demands from them or work anything out. I have forwarded the file and invoices to my attorney. I have all text messages and pictures of the atv as well.
