Before processing anything, they are requesting to provide TWO ID card, the Credit card which will be used for payment, Bank statements to forward the mail.
They lack of customer support who are extremely rude and will never provide you the reason why they need such except it is a security issue.
Prefer to stay away from this company.
The company doesn't compare invoice with goods (they open every parcel before forwarding) without additional payment. So after they open parcel some goods can be stolen by employees.
I have got only 10 of 11 tea packages, so I suspect that one package is stolen by Qwintry employees.
