Review: The first mistake I made was to order from this company. The second mistake I made was ordering the incorrect parts for my truck. Returning the incorrect parts was simple enough, but every single rep I spoke with about getting the correct brakes to me gave me incorrect information. I was told I would receive the parts I need by Sunday, Aug. 2, but here we are on the 4th and still no parts. I called yesterday (Aug. 3) and much to my disappointment, there was no manager available to speak to. I then called today (Aug. 4) and to my surprise, no manager, AGAIN. I asked what day the manager would be back and was told, "I do not know. The manager only comes in one day a week, and that day varies from week to week." The employees over the phone are very rude and talk over you, instead of listening to their customers. They also deliberately feed faulty information to their customers, to keep them happy. All in all, a very bad company to do business with.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this company acknowledge they screwed up instead of patronizing their customers. I would also like them to give me a full refund, but if not, it is not the end of the world. But more importantly, I would like to ensure this business shuts down because no one purchases from them anymore.

R1 took my order 3-20-15 and said I would receive an email with shipping from [redacted] brakes. I did not receive an email with shipping info. I contacted R1 by email on 3-24-15 - said item shipped but did not provide tracking. 3-28-15 still had not received the order contacted by email and tracking info sent to me on 3-30-15. I received the parts 3-30-15. Parts were wrong - part number was wrong - called R1 3-30-15 [redacted] said [redacted] would reship correct parts to me - I also verified part numbers via email to document. I waited until 4-3-15 to call and check on order - [redacted] said was shipped 3-31-15. Called again 4-6-15 because I had not heard from [redacted] or [redacted]. Called R1 - took 30 minutes to talk to [redacted] - got the run around - or he honestly did not have a clue what was going on with the order. Said they were waiting on me to return the parts and an RMA and UPS label sent to me - was a lie - I never received. He then passed me off to sales - got the run around about keeping my money and not shipping me the correct parts after 18 days. [redacted] said he would compensate me for troubles. I finally got the RMA and the UPS shipping label - but had to ask for a second label since they had no clue the pads were sent separately (2 shipments). It's not 9 April and the parts are on their way back to R1 and I'm still without my parts. Company has no clue what is going on, they stonewall you and are just incompetent. Customer service is awful, people either crooks or just clueless.
