R-2000 Service Center

Review: I have a Vehicle Protection Product Service Agreement by [redacted] (R-2000 Service Center) #[redacted] through [redacted] for rustproofing. I have serious rustproofing issues with my[redacted]. On 8/5/2014, I mailed their form that they mailed to me with all the requested documents such as, two estimates, photos and copy of agreement. I and [redacted]) has tried numerous times to contact this service center without any returned calls. Finally, on 10/22/2014, I found 2 emails on their website ([redacted]) and ([redacted]) and I sent an email explaining my problem. On the same day I received a call from [redacted] stating that she was waiting on more info from [redacted] at which time we told [redacted], but they cannot get anyone to contact them back. This has been going on way too long and my van is just getting worse. On 12/17/2014, [redacted] sent an email to the above men without a response. On 1/13/2015, I called [redacted] and left another message for [redacted]. Since we have not heard any response from this company, maybe they will respond to you.Desired Settlement: We want our Van to be repaired for the rustproofing problems as requested. We would like someone to contact us and settle this problem, I feel we have waited too long.
