THIS TREE SERVICE JOB DONE BY "R3 TREE EXPERTS LLC" ORCHESTRATED BY MR. PHILANDER ROSE, WAS DONE AUGUST 16, 17, AND THE 18TH. THE REMOVAL OF 4 BIG TREES, 1 DOGWOOD SMALL TREE, SEVERAL TREE TRIMMINGS, AND THE STOMPS OF THE TREES GRINDED. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL THE TREE STOMPS WAS GRINDED AND THE MATERIAL WAS PLACED AT THE END OF MY FRONT YARD ON THE 18TH OF AUGUST. THE YARD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GRADED WITH NEW GRASS SEEDS PLANTED ALSO. THE SEEDS WAS PLANTED, BUT GRINDING ROOTS DEBRIS WAS STILL SCATTERED AROUND THE BACK YARD AND ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHERE THEY ENTERED WITH THE BOBCAT AND THE ROOT GRINDER MACHINE. APEX FORESTRY RECYCLING LLC COMPANY CAME BACK OUT TODAY 10-03-2023 AND PICKED UP THE GRINDED MATERIAL. IT SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN THIS LONG TO PICK UP THE FINAL TREE MATERIAL FROM AUGUST 19TH TO OCTOBER 3RD. MR. PHILANDER ROSE WAS PAID VERY GOOD. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT HIS WORKERS WHO DID THE JOB. ( PLEASE CHECK YOUR RATINGS OF PEOPLE WHO DOES JOBS FOR YOU, AND DON'T GIVE FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE SATIFIED WITH THE WHOLE JOB DONE).

DIDN'T FINISHED THE YARD. SHAVINGS FROM THE TREE STOMPS ARE STILL AT THE END OF MY YARD READY FOR PICK UP AS OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2023. THEY CUT DOWN (5) BIG TREES, TRIM OTHERS, AND PICKED UP ALL THE LIMBS, AND TREE BRANCHES. HE AS THE HEAD-MAN-IN-CHARGE, PHILANDER ROSE CAN'T BE TRUSTED! NOT A PERSON OF HIS WORD. THE WORKERS ARE FINE. I'M QUITE SURE, HE DIDN'T PAY THEM FAIRLY. HE GOT PAID GOOD. PLEASE DON'T DO WHAT I DID, I DIDN'T CHECK THE REVIEWS.

GRINDING UP THE (5) TREE STOMPS, HE WAS TO REMOVE THE GRINDED UP MATERIAL, GRADED THE YARD, AND PLANT SEEDS. HE HAD THE TEAM TO REMOVE ALL SHAVINGS TO THE FRONT FOR PICK UP. THIS ALL WAS AUGUST 15-17, 2023. THE SHAVINGS OR THE GRINNED UP MATERIAL IS STILL DEPOSITED AT THE END OF MY STREET AS OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2023. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN CALLING HIM USING DIFFERENT PHONES. HE WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXT, STOP ANSWERING MY HUSBAND, AND HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND USING MY DAUGHTER'S PHONE. HE CAN RUN, BUT LAW SUIT WILL BRING HIM IN. HIS TEAM, THAT DID THE WORK, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. DIDN'T KNOW HE WOULDN'T FINISHED THE JOB. DON'T DEAL WITH HIM, DEAL WITH THE WORKERS,

The owner Philander Rose is unprofessional, unethical, and a scam artist. His business is unlicensed and uninsured. All the negative reviews are true. The positive ones are most likely fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I got an estimate from Mr Rose. We were able to Barter a bit and we were able to agree on a fair price for the job. He and his team were able to come out and over a couple day period get the Big Knarley Dead Pine Tree down and hauled away . This was a dangerous tree and was covered in Poison Ivy as well. His Team did a great job and got it down safely without incident. Tree over hung my house and neighbors house and both back yards where children play.

July 26, 2022. Philanderer company exceeded my expectations. Company was hired to cut down one dead tree, one very large tree, limbs overhanging driveway, move debris and logs to designated area and grind 2 stumps. He is professional and well groomed. His workers were diligent, polite, and professional. Someone ran into my mailbox and kept going. His workers heard and went to check out the noise. Without hesitation 2 of his workers repaired my mailbox and stabilized it out of the goodness of their heart. Only thing is he is not good at returning calls/ text. I definitely recommend him.

Still in Business taking advantage of women! Poor excuse for a business to take advantage of the elderly! If someone was taking advantage of his mother he would be livid! But... its OK for him to do it to someone else's elderly parent! Poor excuse for a Business Owner!

Hired philander rose to remove three trees. Had to be paid up front! Paid him several thousand dollars in cash. He was to cut the trees that would take out my house should they fall! He had his employee cut a small tree (five ft. in height) a shrub and branches off of another small tree! Nothing that we discussed! Several thousand dollars and the trees I wanted removed are still standing! It appears this is his mode of how he does business! He will soon take the wrong "persons" money! I look forward to reading about his demise in the AJC newspaper! Because he will soon take money from the wrong person! I tried searching on Angie's list, but I fell asleep and he called! So he has someone in Angies list giving him leads! I called Angies list and they were not concerned! So... Be careful using that website!

PHILANDER ROSE WAS PAID SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS TO TAKE DOWN TREES I AM AFRAID WILL TAKE OUT MY HOUSE SHOULD THEY FALL! THE TREES ARE STILL IN MY YARD! HE CUT A SMALL TREE I COULD HAVE REMOVED AND A SHRUB! I WENT TO MY DR APPOINTMENT... CAME BACK HE AND HIS ONE MAN CREW HAD TAKEN DOWN ONE SMALL TREE AND A SRUB AND WAS GONE! PRETTY SOON HE WILL TAKE MONEY FROM THE WRONG PERSON! I HOPE I LIVE TO SEE HIS WHIPPING!

Mr. Rose is an unethical Business Man... and I use "Business" lightly! He will give you a stack of paper that has nothing to do with his company! He will want to be paid in "cash" before he does the job! I mad two mistakes!

Its just a matter of time he will take money from someone who has a son and they will do justice for all of us he has taken money from, but did not do the job he was paid to do! Report him to the Better Business Bureau! Maybe they can stop him from taking money for work he does not complete! His rating for me would is ZERO! I received a list from Angies List wanting me to rate the vendor they recommended and R-3 Tree L.L.C. was not listed! Just as I thought! Someone in Angies List company gave my information to R-3 Tree L.L.C. I called them but they were not interested in looking into who might have given my info to Philander Rose! Philander Rose will soon make a mistake that he cannot correct! I look forward to seeing his mugshot on the internet or in the obituaries! Because he will sooner or later take advantage of someones' Mother and he will pay more than he can afford!

This company is run by a dishonest young man! I paid him $3 thousand plus dollar's and the trees are still in my yard that I paid him to remove! He has no morals! Soon he will take advantage of the wrong person! He should be glad I do not have a son and I am not a violent person! Do not use this company! he is not honest! Paid him $3220 and the trees are still standing in my yard! he cut down one tree and my shrub! I could have had my lawn guy to do that! He is dishonest!
