R A Bruner

Received service on Chlorine injection system 4 months ago in July 2015 and had pump diaphragm replaced and flow-rate checked. Sep 2015 noticed pump did not seem to be working... called Bruner to come take a look. Was told Pump housing was cracked and needed to be replaced. I had not touched the pump since his last vist - so I believe the housing was cracked when pump diaphragm was replaced. Bruner also 'noticed' that my display panel on the filter was not working properly (was told that would cost $900 to replace). Bruner quickly made his exit saying he'd 'send me the bill' as he hurried off out the door. Got bill for $200 later for new housing and service call.
This water treatment system was installed new by Bruner Sr in 2005 for $2300. I get a feeling that Bruner Jr (now running the show) is just milking me for $$ and has a very arrogant attitude.
