Never finished work, having issues, tried contacting no response They came out and placed piers, never measured to see if it was correct, covered all my clean-outs, destroyed my drain spout, took my shovel, never had a plumber come out as stated in the contract to verify their were no plumbing issues, which turend out there were causing major ceiling damageNo engineer came out to inspect the job before thet startedPaid the final payment with insurances they would come out and correct any and all issues, never happenedSent out an office employee to collect the final paymentShe asked me to make it out to her, I totally refusedGot a paper warranty, but it states I have steel piers, which I don'ttried many of times to get in touck with Ray, no responseTotally had enough griefEnough is Enough! I hired them to do foundation work and never completed the jobThey never came back to uncover the clean-outs they buriedNever had a plumber come out to verify nothing was disturbed in the plumbing, which there was, causing a major water leak and damage in the garageThey so called warranty they gave is for a stell peir fix, which mine was contrete pillarsHave never returned any calls, except for the 1st saying they are coming back out and never showedafter weeks, they never answered any calls or texts sent
To top it all off, they send out an office worker and see asked if I could make the check out in her nameI totally refusedMaybe that is why I cannot get them to come out fix the foundation issues

Contracted with RAD to level and install piers below a small pre-fab house in Forney, TX Work was only partially completed over the course of months Attempts to reach the company over the course of the months were mostly unsuccessful due to "full mailbox," out-of-service phone, and/or messages left that were not returned The most recent call made to the company on Augresulted in the automated response, "this number is not in service at this time." One email was sent but no response was received We acquired the company's name from Home Adviser which gave it good reviews However, recent research has uncovered a scam with this company The man we dealt with has several aliases including Ray Brown and Raymond Link and has operated other businesses with many complaints about incomplete jobs I have documented all attempts to resolve this situation, including records of phone calls made and the email sent
