R & A Fire Safety Solutions

We (my sister [redacted]) and I bought smoke detecters for all rooms in our house in March of this year. Two weeks ago one of the detecters started beeping with no fire. We have high ceilings and have to use a 10 foot latter to reach the detecter. We called Ryan Archer (the owner) and he said he would be at our house the next day. He called the next day and said he would come the following day in the afternoon. He wanted us to mail the defectice smoke detecter back. He never showed up and when we called him again he said he would be out the next week. He has never shown up and has not returned our many calls. We need this resolved as soon as possible since we are not fully proctected.
