Mr***s sump pump came on while our guys were 1/done with the driveway, thus pumping water across the drive, washing our fresh sealer down the side. and onto the concrete. Mr *** called and complainedWe have explained, there was nothing our guys could do as the water was
was pumped onto the drivewayWe are not responsible for any cleor damage caused by the sump pump coming on during our operations. However as a Goodwill gesture we resealed his entire driveway and cleaned up the couple of drips on the street that our guys made while putting their equipment away We feel we have done the right thing here, and even gone the extra mile, resealing his drive at no charge.We would like to see this complaint made invalid as Mr***'s sump pump came on during our service causing the issue he is complaining of

We contacted the customer the week of April 18, 2016, to make an appointment to reseal the driveway. We had inspected it weeks prior and suggested that they give it weeks to cure but it had not. When they called last week, we went out and reinspected and informed them that we
would reseal the entire driveway at no additional cost to them on Tuesday, 4/26/2016. They agreed to this appointment and seemed satisfied with the resolution offered by our company

I talked to Mrs. [redacted] this morning. What happened was we had a wash out, the evening we got done sealing it it rained, it washed part of the sealer off and splashed wet sealer up on her house. Our supervisor looked at it on 8/9 and has contacted the two companies we use for clean up. He...
did not get hold of Mrs. [redacted] to let her know what going on, so I did apologize to her. We should have followed up with her better. She is on the schedule for both companies to take care of the issue. We resealed the entire driveway this morning for her.
