completed and payment would be expected at time of services. Our crew went to said property advised Mrs. [redacted] they needed her sign for permission for to begin services, at that point she signed giving permission to begin work. Once our crew began the inspection and process of repairing the roof Mrs. [redacted] then called our office very distraught yelling my husband no longer wants work done. We told Mrs. [redacted] that our men were still on her roof completing the work she had requested and payment would be expected she began yelling and told us to return Tuesday June 22, 2015 to recieve payment. We then called Mrs. [redacted] Tuesday June 22, 2015 to let her know that our crew once again will be returning to said property to recieve payment once again Mrs. [redacted] became very angry screaming and yelling that she was no longer going to pay us, we explained that she had signed a contract and failed to cancel any/all work she permitted and requested be done and that payment is required. She then refused to pay answer our calls and door for our men.
We explained to Mr. M[redacted] that we had over 60 a mile an hour winds and that unfortunately this was an act of god. Our manufacture does not warranty for winds over 50 a mile an hour winds. I told Mr. M[redacted] that if it was our shingles that blow we would not charge a service charge but, If they are...
not our shingles there would be a service fee of $ 125.00 that would be determined by the foreman when he got out there. We do have him scheduled for Tuesday March 14 2017 weather permitting. The 3 year inspection warranty is a service we give to our customers. We inspect the roof for free once a year after there 1 year anniversary to let the customer know what there roof condition is and go over any new issues they may have. This warranty is explained on there completion receipt. I did explain it to Mr. M[redacted] and referred him to his receipt.
