Upon hiring Phoenix Construction to replace ALL pipes throughout my house, I would have expected them to have included the pipe that was connected to the outside faucet - which they did not I only called [redacted] because previously this same pipe had become frozen during the a previous winter and I thought it was the same problem [redacted] were here and installed the piping I could not have said STOP do not do the work I called you for, as I did not know what the problem was until after completionWhen the plumber fixed and repaired the problem, only then did I realize it was a installation mistake from Phoenix Construction - then I called [redacted] and explained what had happened, therefore they should pay $***which I was charged for the work that they did not completeI would like to mention that I have had numerous construction completed by Phoenix in the past and have never had any problems with their workI understand that this was an oversight on their part, however how was I to know that

working so she called [redacted] to fix the problem which cost her $[redacted]. She wanted our company to pay bill. In past c/s always called our company to fix any problems. Why she did not call us this time is unknown. She knew our company was the one who put replaced the pipes. If she had called our company we would have been able to fix the problem at no expense to her or our company.
