Review: I purchased a 2005 Ford Taurus from [redacted] of R&K Auto. He told me that he guaranteed it to pass inspection any where since I live in [redacted]. When I took it to my mechanic to have it looked over prior to having it inspected, the mechanic descovered that the engine craddle, mounts and rocker pannels were very badly rusted out and is an unsafe vehicle. I notified[redacted] of this and told him that I was bringing the vehicle back for a refund of my money. [redacted] is refusing to refund my money backDesired Settlement: I borrowed the money from my bank for this vehicle which would have a lien on the title. Since it is unable to be titled and an unsafe vehicle, I would like a full refund of all the money I paid for this vehicle.

Review: Refused to follow virginia state laws on cooling off period, and withdrew money from debit card different from what was established on the contract.Desired Settlement: Truck be allowed to be taken back even though tomorrow( 11/05/13) would be past the 30 day law but because they refused to take it back with in the 30 days that would not be our fault. A full refund in down payment. As well as they be fined for not following virginia state laws
