R and R Roofing

Richard, the owner, his men did a great job on fixing my corner with a creative idea. His men do the job. Richard did a fix on my corner vinyl issue on my colonial no one else would do. One other did a tape job on it before and didn't charge us and, as most roofers are.

He has too many bigger jobs to do right now to do our roof, but Richard is rare as he does smaller jobs too. We never got a written quote with details to do our roof like others gave us.

Our original roofer fortified our roof and chimney for 14 more years but in order to get a house warranty to sell I need a new roof. It has been about 27 years. Roofs can last if kept up. My neighbor's roof is 51 years old and now looking to hire a roofer but getting written estimates to compare to other quotes they have. This is the busy time now for roofers, especially from June to November. We never got a receipt for the small job.

Richard never gave us a written bid on it because too busy. We may get our roof done from a company that requires no downpayment until the job is done and 50 year warranty, which is transferable. That helps sell a house.

We are in a waiting line as roofers have too much work.

I just had to write this review because he deserves 5 stars, as most people reject contractors on one star and I almost did when I saw one stars.

However, it is confusing because all the one stars are good reviews. Being in the website area and having written review software, Richard should address the problem of one stars! Just saying. One star people pass over.

Excellent experience. I needed my roof repaired and called [redacted]. He was very busy but came after he finished another job and stayed until it was finished. Great customer service and quality work. I'm recommending him to a coworker.

R and R roofing did an outstanding job on our new roof. It looks great. They did it quickly and cleaned up so well,they even used a metal detector over grass to make sure they didnt miss a nail. Robert makes sure you are completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend him!

I just had R & R Roofing finish a job on my home and I am thoroughly pleased. I had my skylight reflashed and resealed. Due to the weather being colder, it was over a month before it was warm enough for the sealants to adhere. Throughout this time, Robert from R & R Roofing kept in regular contact with me. Additionally, he came to put plastic over the skylight to prevent it from leaking during this time period.

I had R & R Roofing come give an estimate for work done that was less than two other local competitors. Additionally, I was not "sold" any extras. Robert insisted to do what needed to be done in order to fix the problem. I think this portrays honesty and integrity in R and R Roofing. This is a very valuable trait in the roofing industry.

The price paid was what was estimated and the workmanship warranty of 2 years is very fair. I will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

We had our home roofed by R&R Roofing a year ago, also had gutter guards installed at that time. Work was done in a professional manner and the area was spotless when they left. We just recently were having some water issues near a gutter in the front of our house. Water was pouring over the gutter and flooding the area. My husband called [redacted] (the owner) and he came the SAME day and got up on a ladder and fixed the problem! A wonderfully kind man and did NOT charge us for the call. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a new roof or gutter guards. The company is run by an honest Christian man.

I had a wonderful experience during the entire process. They gave me plenty of options for what I could choose from. All of the workers were very pleasant, and professional working on the house. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend this company.
