On 3-31-14 [redacted] Towed his 93 Mercedes SL300 in for a no start condition and we had determined the Ignition Module was the failed part. Unfortunately the part has been discontinued from Mercedes. We searched extensively to find a good...

working used module and after several failed attempts of getting modules that were bad we advised MR. [redacted] to find the module. The module that Mr. [redacted] brought in was also inoperative. We have stored the vehicle from 3-31-14 up until 6-25-15 the corner light, plastic cover and intake tube has been ordered and will be in 3-5 days. The technician that worked on the vehicle stated that the module that was in the vehicle is the original module that was taken out of the vehicle when he originally removed it from the vehicle over a year ago. This vehicle was here for quiet some time with numerous calls to Mr. [redacted] to pick up as Mercedes could not supply the part needed for this age of the vehicle. We do not have the resources to store vehicles inside or for this amount of time. There are heavy winds in Fontana and we cant be held responsible for keeping a vehicle clean and covered with these circumstances.

Many statements on this response were true but also many that are false. Like the statement that several calls to me were made to pick up the vehicle which was completely false! I have phone records for both my cell and personal residence in which no calls were made to me in fact the only time they asked me to pick up the vehicle was on 6-18 when this response was given"We have had no luck locating a good used module. At this point we recommend you to pick up your vehicle we no longer have the room to continue to store the vehicle here. We will give you until Saturday to pick it up or we will start charging storage fees and we will start the process to lean sale the vehicle"
In the response from the technician he stated that the part returned was the part in the car when it arrived. The part returned with the car was not the part that was in the car, I know this because I was with the person who took the picture of the module in the car. I guess another question would be "What happened to my missing parts like the intake tube and engine cover"

driver's license and the finance company stated that they are fine with an [redacted] residence but we
need some proof of residence with his name on it that is not a mailbox center
We can complete the financing with current paycheck stubs
and proof of legal residence with his name on it
