Review: I was recommended by one of my friend to call him and let him see my car while my car was at Auto zone ,Arlington ,TX, my friend called this guy who owns the above property ,after 30 minutes this guy arrived to the place where my car is ,he checked on my car and could not find any problem on it ,so he told me to tow my car to his garage and they can see it better, I did towed my car to his property at that night,I came home assuming this guy was gonna work on my car in the morning,but he started working on it at the same night,when I went in the morning my cars part was out. I asked him what my car's problem was ,he told me my car needs time belt and balance shift,I went to buy those parts by the time I come to the shop the mechanic was not there, I left the parts to one of the,friendDesired Settlement: I want the money I paid to be refunded pulse they should be penalized for not displaying their authorization to work ,certificate

I was compiling about the company reside in the state of Texas at [redacted] Arlington,Texas, but I got a call from some other state saying that trade name was his, and his business is not in the state of Texas. I did not get any message from the a person who reside in the state of Texas, who mistreated me in his business and charged me for no reason $250, without repairing my car's problem. when I ask him where his business certificate was ,he replayed that was not my business. according to your rule ,did not the company show there certificate of service in there office (put in clear place were people can have easy to access or to see it).

Review: On May 4, 2013, I paid R & B Automotive $2700 to repair my car in which I had wrecked a couple of weeks earlier. He was to repair the damage, replace the airbags / front right seat and paint the whole car. I had a balance of about $800 I would pay him once the job was finished. He was suppose to have the car ready in 2 weeks. It has now almost been 4 months and my car has yet to be painted. He does not answer his phone when I call him, when he does answer his call he always has an excuse for why my car isn't ready. He keeps saying it will be ready tomorrow. His shop isn't open daily~ I pass by his shop and it's often closed. My insurance company paid for me to have a rental car for a month. I extended the rental for another month because he told me to keep the car and the balance I owed him he's subtract from the what the rental cost. I had to return the rental car because it was taking too long and I didn't trust him to keep his word. Thus the rental cost more than I owe him. He now owes me money towards the car rental.Desired Settlement: I want my car repaired. I paid him to fix it and I want it repaired! I also want him to pay me the money he owes me for the rental car.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by R & B Automotive regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

He contacted me and said that he found out that I complained to the Revdex.com about him. He was not happy about it. He said that before he sign off on my car to get my title straightened that I would have to tell the Revdex.com that he had finished the job. He did get me my car. It was painted very badly!!! I am very unhappy about the way my car looks!! He did a very poor job!!! I will need to have my car painted again. I am not happy with this company and I would never recommend him to anyone and I would want others to know that he does not value his customers!!! At took him over 4 months to do a job that he said would take 2 weeks.
