*** *** they are liers I still have every message stored They only pulled front to tires off and didn't put their hands on themThey are so full of it They said no warranty but I called Atturo and they said yes they have manufacturer warranty and need a claim doneThey refused to do it I had to go to another shop and they inspected the tires and found one was out of roadThey filed the claim sent the tire back to Atturo for inspection and Atturo agreed it was defective tire so they sent me a new one This took months so I had to buy a new set of tires and I didn't buy gladiators shows how horrible they are I have every message saved from them even have information from mechanic saying it's the tires because I had it inspectedBusinesses like them need to be shut down They could of done right thing call Atturo file warranty claim but chose to just take my money and not back the products they sell

mounting and balancing all four and drove home. After getting home, he messaged us saying they ride smooth at 70 mph but at 40 mph, his steering wheel shakes back and fourth. We told him to get it a few days because they were brand new and needed to be wore down some. He then messaged us about Atturo's return policy because his tires weren't as wide as he wanted and didn't look right to him. We said once the tires are mounted, they cannot be returned for a refund and he said he would just get used to the difference. Three days later, he sends a video of his steering wheel shaking. We asked how his front tie rod ends looked and his ball joints to see if that was the issue; He said they looked good from eye sight. Two days later, [redacted] says he needs to come in because tires are not rounded and not flat. We then told him to bring it in so we could check it out. He says he likes the tires but they aren't riding smooth. When he comes in, we put all four tires back on the balancer as he watches. He puts his hands on the tire while spinning to feel for anything out of round and we found nothing. All balanced out to 0.0. We mounted all the tires back on and he left. Two days later, he messaged us saying his mechanic said it was a tire vibration issue and that Atturro would have to warranty them. We told him the tires were brand new and shouldn't have any problems. So there wouldn't be any vibration if all four tires were balanced out. He asked where we ordered the tires and we told him Omnisource. Later that night, he told us and sent a picture that he ordered new tires and the truck rode smooth with new Gladiator tires on. He said thanks for the 'bad' customer service (used profound language). We told him that the warranty only works if proven with the tread depth. We then apologized for the inconvenience and told him that we hope his new tires worked out better. After that, he begins cussing at us and calls us unprofessional names in the messages. He said we took his money and ran and that customer service meant nothing to us. One month later, he continued to post publicly on our Facebook page talking down on us. We never responded to his post on our page because we had already gone through everything with him and there was nothing else we could do. We do not make the tires, we just order them from tire vendor's and the tire vendors are who decides on the warranty, not R & B.
