To begin.  This Lamborghini is 100% on consignment.  South Park Mitsubishi does not own this vehicle.  Customer knows this, because the whole time, he is communicating with the true owner of the car via Instagram.  ([redacted])  Customer came in with a attitude right off...

the start.  Demanding everything.  Expected us to take out another persons $205,000.00 vehicle for a joy ride.  Demanding that he was going to pay $200,000 for the car.  Contacted the owner of the car, who he was chatting with him on Instagram.  Owner of the car, stated ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!  Would not sell the car for less then $205,000.00  Owner of the car stated, do not let him drive my car unless he has certified funds with him, and is going to pay $205,000.00!!!  Customer came in with a personal check book.  Wanted us to accept a personal check for $200,000.00 dollars and let him leave with a $200,000 dollar car, with no way to verify funds. Wanted to drive the car, which was pointless, because the owner will not accept his $200,000.00 offer, and will not sell the car less then $205,000.00  Customer stormed out of the dealership cussing.  In closing, on his desired settlement.  He cannot risk a company check from South Park Mitsubishi for $250.00 dollars, in the risk of the check bouncing, but he expected the dealership to accept his personal check for $200,000.00 dollars? South Park Mitsubishi contacted the owner of the Lamborghini this morning which again is here on consignment, and shared the complaint that the customer wrote.  Owner of the car deeply apologizes to South Park Mitsubishi for us going through this ordeal.

Per the customer, the key was not even purchased from our business. He bought the key from a different place of business so this is something we can not help with.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have been in communication with their requested vendor since the day of their response. I am still waiting for Nina there to present possible options as this is not just a straight forward fix/replace.There was only an option to Accept or Reject the business response within 5 days so I chose reject since the issue is not yet resolved. I'd also like to add that there are several untruths in their response but I am here to resolve the issue as opposed to argue semantics and ethics. I will update the matter wen more info is available from Nina at their vendor.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,
[redacted] The owner of the dealership has this car on his website as well as cars.com, if he is not responsible for the car, he should not be representing the car.  As far as your joyride statement goes, I was there willing to buy it at $204,000 as discussed on instagram.  There was no chance for negotiation as you didnt even consider giving me the time to make a deal.  You would not assist me, you acted like you had something else to do the whole time and you were a downright disgrace.  You were disrespectful, never even formally introduced yourself to me.  I dont need to joyride this car, I was there with my check book, truck and trailer to pick up the car.  You didnt give me the time of day to make a deal, you were rude and more concerned talking about your cars or grilling me on if I was really at another dealership.  If you cannot satisfy a transaction on a car you are representing such as this one and your not insured to take your buyer out to test drive and complete a sale, you should not have it at a dealership in your name.  I have nothing to prove to you, I have the money and Im not a deadbeat like the others you deal with.  I was there for the car and your ego and bad attitude needs an adjustment.  I want others to be aware of how you treat customers that you profile by looks or age and disqualify them for a purchase based on that.  No your not running my credit for something Im there to pay cash for.  I gave you a chance, you blew it and you need to learn to not judge a book by its cover.  Future customers reading this, do yourself a favor and Id look anywhere but this dealership.  The owner will belittle you like he did me and you will deeply wish you did business with a professional dealership that cares about their customers.  I can only imagine how little this owner would care about a customers only buying a new Mitsubishi for $20-30,000.
