My dog had a procedure that went well I paid my bill in full at the time and have records of this Two months later, I receive another bill saying I have a balance, and that I am overdue with an additional finance charge It doesn't even say what the additional charge was for Phone calls have been unanswered so far

I am rejecting this response because:
He did not have any supplies at the house from the last check The
last time he was at the house is when he picked up the check As I told him on the phone, if he returned the last check I would just count the other as a bad mistake The concrete slab and the block and mortar is cracking and undeveloped The ramp is cracked and has to be removed Basically everything going he did except the footing has to be redone I am not being unreasonable with my request I could go after much more but I just want it over with What should have been a $porch is now $10,and counting We have not had the concrete fixed yet Please do the right thingWe trusted our house to you and you did not take care of it This is the least you could do
