Purchased a carport in August The carport was delivered in November Personnal delivering carport failed to come at scheduled appointment, did not complete the job (no trim installed), left screws everywhere, and left their own equipment laying in the yard Called company times since November to get issue taken care of and it is now the end of January and still no trim Would never purchase anything from this company again Horrible installation experience and they do not service what they sell Bought this through a distributor on Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, GA

Orders a 20xcarportWas told to weeks for deliveryWell, weeks later a nice lady from the office call and says it will be delivered march 3rdThe crew that came called to let me know they were running a few minutes behind scheduleNo problemFrom the minute they showed up until completion they were very polite and answered my many questionsWorked through the rainI would highly recommend this company

Well where to start! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I put a deposit down for a carport to be installed 7/3/ I was informed it would be weeks tops for them to install the itemIts 9/3/and I have no carportMy original schedule date was within the week window which they give you a date another week out in the middle of the daySince I have a job I had someone stay at my house and wait for them to provide the final paymentAwesome everything is good until they call me hours before stating that the company install man quit so they will have to rescheduleNot on a day I choose but the one they have available which is Wednesday in the middle of the dayI have someone come to my house on that day and whoops they don't make it againThis time no callI am irate and call the company but no response until the next day where they call the number of the person that I had waiting at my house in the dayThey didn't call the primary number who is purchasing the carportMake a last appointment today (Thursday) months after ordering from 6-8pmNo call No showThis company will jerk you around and if they don't keep their word on when they will be at your house I can only imagine the product they provideI have left multiple messages with them with no response so it looks like I will have to drive to their location to get my depositSave your time and money but NOT choosing this company

I ordered a small X A frame metal Structure on March and after reschedules, I have finally gotten my structure installedIt was installed Today June 6,I missed half days of work because of rescheduling ( Excesses like Computer down, job before took to long and at the end no excesses)I had to threaten to not allow them to install if they didn't come by a certain dateThey took me serious I guess and finally cameThe install crew was very unorganized and was very crude and rudeFirst the crew foreman told me I would have to go buy leg bolts to install he didn't have anySo off I go and purchase themWhen I arrived back on the job site the foreman told me my pad was not levelI informed him that I had used a string level on it and it should be closeAfter finally stretching out a string and putting his level on it he was convinced that it was okAfter about * bombs later from crew member not foreman they installed it but didn't want to put in the hurricane anchors They told me you only needed them in FloridaI insisted to the crew foreman that they could a least drill the hole for me and leave me the anchors and I would install them laterAfter they left I inspected it very closely and they did a fair good job but left out a few screws in the trim
They were in a very big hurry to *** *** I would not use this company for any reason or purpose in the futureI can only imagine what I will have to go thru if I need to use my years warranty!!!!!!

I would not recommend this businessSales person was wonderful but install was a fiascoThey never called on the way as promised, never showed up durng the hour window as promised, office staff could not seem to figure out how to reach installers when I called to find out their ETA, and installers finally called nearly hours later as darkness was approachingThey insisted they could put it up in the darkTold them I had no intention of permitting that adn we'd have to rescheduleNo one from the office called me the next two days to find out what happenedI insisted on my deposit check backThe supervisor didn't seem the least but concerned that I thought the customer service was atrociousDon't bother with this placeThere are plenty others to pick from

My delivery and installation was scheduled for October 7th between 10:- 12:00, installation crew never arrived and no one called to explain or reschedule I called at approximately 1:to find out what was going on - R&B Metal Structures said they found out about minutes ago that my installation would not happen until Saturday, October 8th I requested some compensation for missing a day's pay - customer service said there was no procedure to provide compensation Finally, after much conversation they agreed to deduct $from my total due On Saturday the installation crew (***) arrived and provided extremely courteous and professional service Overall, I am pleased with the installation crew and the product, but less than satisfied with R&B Metal Structures customer service

Yep don't depend on you appt time cause you will get screwed my appt was from till 2pm they arrived at 7pm and left at 1:30am *** NO

R&B metals damaged my driveway. The driver had a double load on truck , when the driver made turn on my driveway the load overturn in my driveway. The driver admitted he was wrong & that his company would take care of damage. I contact the manager that stated he would take care of damage ASSURED me no worries per our conversation. Then later he stated would not cover. You caused the damage so just take care of it..SIMPLE FIX!

Purchased a structure in June paid cash 3150 dollars wasn't even notified till late July to would be on site august 5 between 3-5 pm took off work waited until dark called and called no response till next day while I was at work to tell me they had problems on another job sorry they didn't call but no refunds and no building two weeks later just hired counsel

I'm [redacted], Ala.Yes it took longer than expected but it was extremely hot with bad afternoon thunderstorms.The installers that erected my 18'x21'building were some of the finest hard working young men that knew every step of the install.And they cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied.It's easy to complain about some things but these people are doing a fine job at a very reasonable price.YES,I would recommend R & B Metals to any and all.

Buyer Beware-I ordered building 3/3/16 and its been 4 months. They give me the run around when I call and will not put me on the schedule.
