Review: The Lab cabinets that we asked RBS to install were not the ones show to us when we sign the contract. RBS was asked to show [redacted] what they were getting before installing. We paid ten thousand up front to [redacted], CEO/ President and did not hear from him till after his three week vacation and after the mess was done to our lab. The labor, services, equipment, and or materials were all of very low quality. We asked his workers to come back and fix everything they install three times over. We are not able to use any of the materials, lab benches, It is unsafe for anyone to work with the mess he left us to clean up.Desired Settlement: That RBS accept the ten thousand he got from [redacted], Inc. as payment in full. We will take the loss and have contracted a company to install everything new in our Lab. This will cost [redacted]. Forty Five Thousand dollars to fix the mess he left behind.
