This company offered to send out air hoses for us to evaluate When we didn't want their hoses and wanted to ship them back, they began mailing invoices saying it's past due R & B Supply even went as far as to include a letter with an invoice that was dated months prior to them contacting us with the original promotion This company has been nothing but a hassle to deal with and I would recommend anyone to take their business elsewhere

The salesman talked us into just "trying their air hose" claiming that we would never want another that this is the best hose ever. After trying the hose it was decided we were fine with the air hoses we have and purchasing another would not be necessary. Now, we were told this would not cost a thing. The salesman was even questioned about the shipping cost of this hose and he assured us that NO not a cost
whatever. We received an invoice for the hose before the trial period was even over and they said it was just a reminder. Time came to send it back and I called for instructions and was told we would have to pay for return shipping. I would not have that! Not after we were told no cost. So after 5 calls and 2 service agents I finally got them to fax a label to me to send it back to them. I googled the company and saw that this was a complaint of many.

This business R and B Supply makes cold sales calls that sound like someone from your organization has ordered something ( " Your air hoses just came in , who do I talk to you about shipping those to you? " ) . When I asked the sales rep for a call back number she hung up. Yeah, this is a really upfront legit business.

I am not stupid, we don't order from vendors cross country ...and especially those that are sneaky, underhanded, and liars...and that call us acting like we ordered something.

Very disappointed with this business. They cold called my company and offered to let me "try" a few items (i.e. Air hose, sawzall blades, etc.) After the salesman pressured my into "trying" them with an offer to return anything I didn't want to keep, I then was hassled by their collections department saying I couldn't return them or would be required to pay the freight to return them. Terrible way to do business. I've asked them to never call my company again.

I have asked this company to stop calling so many times I have lost count. We have told them we don't want their cheaply made overprice products! They would call our shop and tell them they would "send out samples" then if they didn't like them they would be out in two weeks to pick the product up. What they failed to mention is that was a lie! Then they would immediately bill you $400.00 for a $15.00 piece of junk! Then refuse to take the products back! Every time they call I have told them REMOVE US and they continue to HARASS! my company and my co-workers!
