I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] We were never "happy" with the drip marks in patio, we just did not want to get belittled and yelled at by owner anymoreWhen spending $most people would expect a company to provide good customer service and a job that is satisfactoryApparently sealer needing to be redone after months is "very hard to please." I have attached photos, to what the patio looked like when first done and what it looks like after winterI don't know anyone who would appreciate their patio looking like that after spending that kind of moneyThe patio still is not as rich in color as it was when first done, but we no longer want the stress of dealing with this company anymoreRegards, [redacted]

We found customer to be extremely hard to please Bob, Owner, personally took care of their first complaint of drip marks and we were paid in full Customer was very happy After the winter, some of the sealer needed to be touched up Homeowner called and we had our
representative go and look at their patio within week Patio was very dirty, and our representative told Bob he did not see anything wrong other than the fact that it needed to be cleaned I phoned the homeowner and told her what he found She said, "I know it's dirty, it has footprints all over it" She insisted the color was coming off and sent pictures, Bob looked at the pictures and said it just needed to be touched up with sealer Bob went and touched up the sealer that following Saturday after they cleaned their patio Homeowner seemed to be satisfied when he left

When spending $7200.00 most people would expect a company to provide good customer service and a job that is satisfactory. Apparently sealer needing to be redone after 6 months is "very hard to please." I have attached photos, to what the patio looked like when first done and what it looks like after winter. I don't know anyone who would appreciate their patio looking like that after spending that kind of money. Review: Bob Broad put down the concrete around my pool last Sept. 2013. This season, there were a couple cracks, one major one right at the stairs to enter the pool in the shallow end. I called the company and spoke to [redacted]. She asked me to take some pictures and text it to her which I did the same day. She replied and said Bob would come out to look. After I think about 3 weeks, he finally came out without calling and just stopped by. Luckily I was home because we normally lock the gate to the pool and he wouldnt have been able to get it. So he looked at the cracks and said he would have it done before the 4th of July 2014. Well the 4th came and went and I didnt hear from Bob or anyone at the company so I called up. [redacted] answered again, I expained to her what happened and she said he would get back to me by the end of the week. The end of the week came and again no response. so I called [redacted] and the same thing again. Told me he was very busy and he should be calling me back by the ned of the week. Bob never called. I called [redacted] again and she told me that there was nothing she coul do and that he was busy and the last thing he wants to do when he comes home at night is call back customers. That was crossing the line for me. He you have an owner who will not call back his customers because he was tired meanwhile to this day no one has to to finx the defect or call me to say when they would be here.Desired Settlement: Either come fix what he promised to fix or refund me money so I can have another company come and fix it and be reliable. This is dangerous to my little kids who play in the shallow end.
