R C Asphalt

Review: Contracted to complete a driveway/travel trailer parking pad on December 29, 2013. [redacted] (company [redacted]) did not complete the work as described in our written contract. Specifically he did not: 1)lay a 6" base of compacted crushed stone, 2) lay and compact 4" of re-cycled asphalt over the base, and 3) apply weed killer to the road bed. When questioned about this in person, he stated he would return the next day (as it was now dark out) and perform all the necessary corrections; he did not return. Two days later my husband spoke with him on the phone and he again stated he would return that day to make the repairs; again he did not. We have tried to contact him weekly since then through voice mail messages and his Father ([redacted], co-owner), but neither have returned any of our calls.Desired Settlement: Because they did not complete the work as contracted, even after given ample time to correct all deficiencies; we would like a full refund of the monies paid to them.
