Excellent work on my 4 month old car (classic accident happening so soon). Mike the service manager was extremely helpful with information on OEM parts. He was more helpful than my insurance company on the matter. He was able to look up guidelines through my insurance to let me know that the car being under a year old and less than 15,000 miles would be covered for factory parts instead of aftermarket. Spoke to 3 different people through my insurance company and none could give me this information. R&C finished the job earlier than expected. Paint matched perfectly. Ray (one of the owners) went over the work done, and made sure I was happy when I picked the vehicle up. He mentioned that if I had any problems to contact him directly. They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Professional work through the whole process.

Review: R and C repaired the bumper on my 2013 [redacted]. I had never used them before but they were recommended by my insurance company. The repair took over three weeks. The servicer called me after the first week and asked me to come in. This has never happened any time I have had a car repaired and that struck me as odd. When I went in he showed me my doors and said they were different colors - they really were not that I could see but he said I may not have noticed and since they were doing a repair he found people focused and noticed things already there. They were not even touching the doors so this was strange. They repaired the bumper. I picked the car up yesterday on my way to work. I studied the car and the bumper repair area is yellow and the other side (non repair) is white. I called immediately and he said I should only look at it in the sunlight. ???! When I purchased the vehicle they advised this was leased and needed to look perfect which it is a total mess.
