First of all, I turned in my 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis for oil change, tire rotation, antifreeze system flush and diffusal system in the rear axle. Before the repair, the car was in great condition and no burn smell. After the repair, I noticed several leaks coming from the radiator and left a mess there. Also the burn smell came from the oil area. [redacted] at Service Department came to me that there is another problem with oil casket that comes to the price of $459 for another repair. I was very upset about this condition and [redacted] gave me a cold shoulder and said nothing he can do. I was a loyal customer for my other vehicle, 2004 Ford Freestar which is running good but at this repair situation with Grand Marquis, I am very disappointed with the attitude coming from [redacted] and the owner of Bliss Ford.
