R C Body Shop

My name is [redacted] DBA RC Body and Paint replying to this complaint by [redacted] in reference to payment in the amount of $for fees charged for services and parts for Kashaun [redacted] 's vehicle,a Buick which was delivered to our shop for repairsInitially contact for repairs to this vehicle were made by [redacted] ( Mother ), in which she contacted me to inform me that the vehicle had been damaged in a hail storm and was making arrangements with Insurance company to have car inspected by Insurance Coat her house so that it could be delivered to shop for repairs [redacted] is listed as the policy holder of auto Insurance policyUpon vehicle being inspected for damages by Insurance Co [redacted] then Instructed Insurance agent that she would like to have Insurance payment check made out to her and my shop instead of Lien holder of vehicleI received phone call from her Insurance agent to get my tax ID # so that payment check could be made out to her and my shop instead of her and the Lien holder of vehicle [redacted] called and asked me if I needed any of the funds from payment check which would have required my endorsement and hers on payment check in order to deposit or cash said check to get started on repairs, which I answered that would not be necessary at that time [redacted] had vehicle towed to shop where repairs were initiated and parts purchased, of which some items were not returnable due to the fact that they were purchased in a salvage yardPayment for fees were paid by check from Woodlake body shop and delivered by Deshaun and [redacted] to RC body & paintDeshaun [redacted] , [redacted] and Woodlake body shop have not made an attempt to recover parts from my shop that were paid for, which has been well over a month since last time contact was made with either parties involved.They would not give a true reason why vehicle was being moved to another shop other than I was not available at shop to talk to themMy Father who serves as my agent on my behalf when I am not available said they had come by the shop but never tried to communicate with him when he was present, no messages or anything, where as they never had a problem contacting me by my private phone number which [redacted] had done a number of times before and after vehicle arrived at shopUpon my suspicion of involved parties, and doing a little research, I discovered that [redacted] may have been charged with Insurance fraud in the past, which led me to believe that something of that nature was being committed in this matter also, of which I did not want any part ofThis is the first complaint that I have received with the Revdex.com or anybody else in the thirty and some years that I have been in businessSo I [redacted] dba RC Body and Paint declare that said complaint against me are statements, and wish to have complaint removed from recordThankyou [redacted] **

which was delivered to our shop for repairs. Initially contact for repairs to this vehicle were made by [redacted]( Mother ), in which she contacted me to inform me that the vehicle had been damaged in a hail storm and was making arrangements with Insurance company to have car inspected by Insurance Co. at her house so that it could be delivered to shop for repairs. [redacted] is listed as the policy holder of auto Insurance policy. Upon vehicle being inspected for damages by Insurance Co.  [redacted] then Instructed Insurance agent that she would like to have Insurance payment check made out to her and my shop instead of Lien holder of vehicle. I received phone call from her Insurance agent to get my tax ID # so that payment check could be made out to her and my shop instead of her and the Lien holder of vehicle. [redacted] called and asked me if I needed any of the funds from payment check which would have required my endorsement and hers on payment check in order to deposit or cash said check to  get started on repairs, which I answered that would not be necessary at that time.
