I do accept their response.  It is what I expected from them.  I do NOT agree with the statement that it is not one of their products.  It IS one of their products because I purchased it.  This is basically the bottom line here.  Sell me a matching item and I am happy.  Tell me nonsense and I feel ripped off.  I do not like the outcome but I will accept it.  I will not recommend their products to anyone in the future.

Following is RC Components response to a complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] M [redacted] stating the wrong item was delivered.  Mr. [redacted] phoned in and ordered a Talon design rear wheel for his motorcycle.  The Talon design is labeled a Nostalgia Series wheel which means it is an older design that...

was previously discontinued but can be ordered as long as the customer puts 50% down and understands that it is a make to order wheel.  Mr. [redacted] ordered the wheel and deposited 50% to get the wheel made.  After the wheel was shipped to Mr. [redacted] he called and said it did not match his front wheel.  Mr. [redacted] sent a picture of his front wheel which is not an RC Component design.  The RC Component Talon design he received matches all advertised pictures of an RC Component Talon wheel.  Since this is a make to order Nostalgia Wheel design RC Components did not authorize a return but did offer Mr. [redacted] a very deep discount on a front wheel so he would have a matching set.   Best Regards, [redacted] Vice President of Operations RC Components, Inc.
