This is a previous tenant, tenant was sent the official move out inspection and move out was processed correctly and according to az law

I just moved from one of their properties within the last month and a half. I was highly displeased with the customer service. The check in and checkout procedures where very different. The Detailed itemized list I received during check in was minimal compared to the checkout list. Contacting the company is difficult to say the least, as I had tried numerous times through the years with minimal to no results. The repair work I had done on the property was substandard. Got to the point it was easier to do my own repairs. The check out procedure was difficult and unfriendly. The pictures I received where obscure and showed more signs of normal wear and tear as opposed to damage. Very unhappy with the company and their representatives. What they charged for me for cleaning and carpet services was not on par with the pictures. I had the carpets professionally cleaned and still they charged me. I do agree that it was in my lease agreement they would clean the carpets. However I had it professionally done and still they charged me full price. Make sure before you rent you take many pictures of your concerns and keep all your move in documentation, you will need it!
