In our contract it was noted that the product was garanteed for two years, but after a year our lawn was not growing and the company never came back.
Me and my neighbor decided to have our lawn done by this company in the spring summer 2012. In our contract it was noted that the product was garanteed for two years. The salesman, [redacted]n, promised us 6inch of soil and great sseds. When the company came to do the work, they never contacted us to schedule the work they just showed up! We were at work when they came to do the work. We did not get the 6 to 8 inch of soil promises and the did not give us the superficie that we were promised. The first year, our seeds were not growing as we would have liked so we called the company. They said to give it time. We asked them to come back, but they ignored our numerous phone calls, and I mean numerous phone calls! In May of 2013, we contacted the company to get our lawn done again, because we had a two year warranty. We called with no answers for a good month. Through our builder, we got a personnal phone number of one person at the company,[redacted]. We called him and we explained that our builder told us he could help with our lawn problem. He came to see our problem on site, and said, yes you are right the lawn is not growing properly. He even said, it looks burnt which is not normal. He told us that he would put us in the book, and that someone would come to re seed. June and July came, but no worker from R & C ever came. We called the company and[redacted] directly with no answer. We tried to go to there offices, but they were not to be found. We tried writting email, no response. They did not fufill there contract and the warranty that was offered. Me and my neigbhor paid more then 2000$ each for a crappy lawn!!!
