Excellent from start to finishThese guys were always available by phone, highly responsive, and there to support us on short noticeThey clearly care passionately about doing a great job and about their customers We shopped around but were deeply impressed with Robert and the whole teamWith R&C you get installers who give you a fair price, excellent products, and a tailored solution to your specific house (we had several offers that listed a whole range of options and others that promoted a specific solution only...probably the one most profitable to install)R&C did an amazing job educating us about the different options and helped us understand the best one for usIt was pressure free (unlike several of the other ones), courteous, and with open and kind communication throughoutWhen it comes to AC, installation is everything so it is important to pick professionals who have substantial experience and actually careThese guys did not rush anywhere, they wanted to make sure everything was done right so that our benefit from the system was optimizedWe ended up with a central air conditioning unit and highly recommend calling these guysThey should definitely be on your short list if you are shopping around!!!
[redacted] & [redacted] gave us a competitive quote for a new Maytag system and they came out the following week to do the install [redacted] & [redacted] joined them and everyone worked together seamlessly yet often independently to get the job doneThey were hardworking, professional, and did a meticulous job installing our new furnace and A/C unitAnd they did a really good job cleaning up afterwards, too!
