RCI electric replaced our panel box in a very short timespan, at a very reasonable price. I would give them an excellent rating and would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area.

Our outside lightpost light was not coming on at dusk. When my husband attempted to fix the problem, he received a small electrical shock from the ground area at the base of the lightpost. I called RCI Electric from an internet search and spoke with [redacted]. [redacted] was very kind and efficient. Once he located the correct power source to shut off, he dug out around the lightpost and immediately found the problem. The underground wiring by the previous homeowner was dangerous and shoddy. [redacted] was able to repair the problem with the correct wiring, and I can't thank him enough. I have a young son who could have been seriously hurt had he come into contact with the area around the lightpost. I would 100% recommend RCI Electric for any electrical need you may have.
